Refund & Return Policy

At Ordered Steps Athletics, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Socks: Must be unworn and in original packaging.
• Hats: Must be unworn with tags attached.
• Books: Must be in new, unread condition with no markings.

Exchanges Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items within 30 days. Please reach out to us and we'll get you sorted.

We'll process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
